GOAT HORN HANDLE, JORDAN HANDMADE BEDOUIN DAGGER, ARAB

Another traditional handmade Jordanian curved  Dagger, the black handle was carved out of goat horn,
locally called sheb-ri-yah. Here, virtually every bedouin man carries this kind of dagger on his waist,
specially those who have many sheep. Also it's used when dancing by men to show their courage and
also by women to show their honor & dignity.

It's about 11 1/4 inches long (28cm) and the blade alone is 5 1/4" (13cm) long.  Please feel free to ask
about anything regarding this Kanjar, thanks for looking..
